What is the suffix after the bearing model

1、 Ordinary bearing model suffix
1. Z1, Z2, Z3: represent the accuracy level of the internal structure of the bearing, the higher the number, the higher the accuracy requirement.
2. C2, C3, C4, C5: represent the axial clearance inside the bearing, the larger the number, the larger the clearance.
3. P0, P6, P5, P4, P2: represent the tolerance level of the bearing, the smaller the number, the higher the tolerance accuracy.
4. K: represents the specific structural form of the bearing, such as spherical structure, conical structure, etc.
5. W: Refers to the special manufacturing materials of bearings, such as steel, cast steel, plastic, etc.

2、 Special bearing model suffix
1. RS, 2RS, DDU: represent the sealing form of the bearing, RS represents unidirectional sealing, 2RS represents bidirectional sealing, and DDU represents the bidirectional sealing of NSK Company in Japan.
2. NR: Refers to the maximum limit at which the bearing can roll on its own. The larger the NR, the stronger the bearing’s load-bearing capacity.
3. TN, TV, P6X: Refers to special bearing models used for high-speed operation and high-temperature environments.
The above are the common suffix types and their meanings for bearing models. It should be noted that the suffix types for bearing models may vary slightly in the production of different manufacturers, but their general meanings are relatively similar.
In short, the identification symbols of bearing model suffixes have a certain characterization effect on the accuracy, clearance, tolerance, sealing form, load-bearing capacity and other characteristics of bearings, and are of great significance for the selection and use of bearings.
